Download and Installation for Microsoft NetMeeting
1. Download NetMeeting from ht
tp://www.microsoft.com/windows/netmeeting/default.asp onto the PC that you will be viewing the demonstration.

2. Double-Click on the downloaded file to start setup.


3. Select Yes to begin installation.

4. Read through the License Agreement and select Yes to continue.

5. Select the Directory where you want to install NetMeeting.  When you select the directory you want to install NetMeeting in, click Ok.

   
   
6. You will then get a message saying that NetMeeting has been installed successfully.

    Firewall Issues: In some cases, you may need to have your firewall configured to allow a NetMeeting to take place. This is best handled by your IT (information technology) department staff, or someone who is capable of configuring your network server. If you do not have an IT staff and cannot configure a firewall, contact us, and we will be able to walk you through the process.
