Over the past three years, PSI has used MedDRA to codify over half a million individual case safety reports for the Food and Drug Administration. Our MedDRA expertise has enabled us to assist pharmaceutical companies convert over 500,000 unique verbatims from their Adverse event, Indications, and Medical history files to MedDRA. As hands-on users of MedDRA, we have experienced and understand the trials and tribulations that MedDRA may present to any new user. Through this course, we would like to share with you some of the lessons learned and the insights we have gained from our extensive hands-on experience with MedDRA.

The Goals of the MedDRA CBT are to:
Provide users with an overview of coding concepts
Provide examples of MedDRA coding and its implications on data retrieval
Provide users with an understanding of MedDRA structure
